Then dh lost his job of 16 years and I had to have the right side of my thyroid out.Since dh lost his job we had to back out of the adoption :(.
Pray for us. We are really having financial trouble......so keeping my fingers crossed I win some giveaways so our son will have a good Christmas.

Oh my, when it rains, it pours. I am terribly sorry for your losses. All I can think of to say are the usual cliches but they are so true, at least what I have experienced. Hoping that the strength you need to keep moving forward comes your way.

Oh my sweet girl! I am saying many prayers for you this morning.
If I may step out of bloggy bounds for a moment I wanted to let you know that I am a big advocate for foster/adoption. I grew up in foster care and sadly was never adopted. I was a good kid. There were many more like me. The state would pay for 99% of the expenses.
May you be tremendously blessed in 2010.
