Why I haven't been blogging

It all started with my then 3 yr old accidentally getting his finger cut off. It did get sewn back on and better. We also had a wreck and I busted my head and windshield.We had 2 deaths,my dear Aunt Pat died in her sleep at 58 of heart attack,and my pee paw Graves died of the same.

Then dh lost his job of 16 years and I had to have the right side of my thyroid out.Since dh lost his job we had to back out of the adoption :(.

Pray for us. We are really having financial trouble......so keeping my fingers crossed I win some giveaways so our son will have a good Christmas.

Mine ? ..............................OUR BABY GIRL DUE IN NOVEMBER!!!! No not pregnant but found a birthmom asking me to adopt her baby girl who is due in November. Please lord keep your hand on this journey we are taking and on us and our unborn daughter.DH says don't get all excited.Never count your eggs till they hatch.I'mmma counting baby ,imma countin. I have talked to this girl for over 3 years and I won't go into details out of respect to her but right now it is the right thing to do ,so off she came searching for me.
So I've been cleaning out, gotta clear the clutter and hopefully make some $ clearing it out for the adoption. Been thinking of fundraisers ,if you know any please let me know. Baby names.....of course,with a girl it was going to be so easy then DH decided to have an opinion on these matters.How dare he,lol. Been searching for book,dvd's etc on Big brother~ baby sister matters.And yes even been buying baby girl clothes and things! DH said wait till closer to time ,you never know if she will change her mind.My response is "if she does,at some time we will have a baby to fill them". I just feel "GOOD" about this. Please pray for all involved .

Had some test done last week.The doctor isn't very hopeful.Pray it's not the C word.All I keep thinking about is ....I have a 3 year old.If I die ,he won't even remember me. Please pray for me and my family.

During this storm I keep hearing my father above saying .....Peace, be still.

J.T. Thomas Jr. of Mobile,Alabama won Survivor: Tocantis last night. A cattle rancher from Alabama who was managing an angus ranch is now 1.1 Million dollars richer.He also won America's vote (all of mine also) for Sprint most valuable player of the season.

Way to do the south proud JT,you cute lil thang.I was rooting for and smitten with you the whole time.Even if you hadn't washed your nasty "tale" in how many ever days (something JT said during his reward with a shower included).

P.S. Oh by the way,we won't hold it against him that he was once alligned with "COACH".Ugh that even gives the handbag a bad name.

About me ,I am a SAHM to a 3 year old son we were blessed with through adoption.I am married to my best friend and this July will be 14 years we will be happily married.We had a long first 10 years trying to conceive our own child.We suffered a few losses but thank goodness they were very early in our pregnancy.I suffer from P.C.O.S . which is the main culprit of our infertility.

We do hope to adopt again,hopefully soon.Adoption is expensive however and it is so hard to save in this day and age in our economy.Pray for us that God will lead us.

I'm new to blogging and am just sticking my feet in.Right now there is no telling what might come out of my southern mouth.I love gardening,scrapbooking,giveaways,cooking,reading and home decor.Im a TWILIGHT FAN ALSO!!! mmmmm Edward!!! Anyway as time goes on I think I might branch off into a couple of blogs a little more organized but while I am learning I figure this would be easier. I have a name in the works,yes I am slow.It has to perfect.As I tell my husband, "do it right,or not at all".

While I leave I'll share a photo,this is one of my favorite pics of my son.He still had his baby curls ,had just turned 2 .We were vacationing in Florida and I took this pic with my Nikon d-50.My son is wearing Gorilla Bear,a designer of custom kids clothing on ebay.

So Bachelor fans whatcha think bout that? Oh my blood pressure! Ok Steph was my favorite then Melissa. WTH was with that mess they pulled tonight.Oh he cried worse than his 3 year old son the whole season but doesn't cry when he breaks up with Melissa after proposing? I think I'm beginning to believe the rumors and thinks I smell a rotten rat up in ABC. The more I watched the madder I got.

Wonder what is gonna happen tomorrow night.He gonna change his mind again? He has a funny shaped head anyway.Melissa gf you can do so much better than that.

Oh and Melissa's dress ,the engagement dress,WOW. If I lost about 1000 lbs I would have to get one just like it.

I could handle Jillian and all that lip licking she does better than ABC showing them two smacking on each other tonight.

What do I think about Jason & Molly?? Uhm remember the night they were in the tub..the noises....that's what I think about them.

I can't find a good picture of that dress..If anyone can,please share.

Someone brought up a good question .What will I be blogging about...

I thought maybe I should call it .."Plate Lunch Special" or "United States of Kimberly" (mock of United Sates Of Tara~ new Toni Collette hbo series,seriously funny) because sometimes I think...do I have split personalities? There's the mommy in me~ always wanting my child to be safe and protecting him from the wicked harsh world.Wanting to be OCD about everything and cleanliness around him.Searching for every child product to steer him toward being a intellectual and amazing person.Wanting him to stand out in the crowd of other toddlers.Dressing him like a little doll ,handpicking every thread of clothes he puts on.

Then there is the realistic in me,realizing times and finances are still tight right now.Thinking he may not make it to Harvard or Yale but knowing college at any level won't be an option,he will go.

There's the nurturer wanting me to be the nicest,sweetest, God fearing person I can be.Where everything is sugar & spice and roses and pink. Wanting to be like Martha Stewart and have everything picture perfect .The best cook,mommy,wife,friend and overall person in the world.At a drop of the hat a stranger could drop in at my house and not see a speck of dust.My house is decorated like "home" and I never am late or forget anything.Whoa here comes Realistic again.

Oh I am a dREAMER!!!: thinking my son will be a great doctor,a famous actor or singer,pro ball player,the one who finds a cure for cancer or maybe The President! Not saying he can't be any of those ,but putting the pressure of being all of those on him might be too much. I dream of moving to New England somewhere and finding the perfect small town where everyone gets along and comes together to help one another.Somewhere between the town of Elmo from "Men in trees" (hate they cancelled that) or the little town in "Hocus Pocus".I love fall.Of course it has to have a beach though.

Then there is the failure in me.The one that's been there from childhood.Never good enough. The chunky girl no guy ever liked.The wife who couldn't give her husband a baby.The daughter who never was daddy's little girl. The one who has P.C.O.S ,diabeties,neuropathy,bouts of depression and miscarriages everyone knew she would have. The FAT kid who is talked about by others who always brings out the smarta$$ in me who feels they need to be defensive because noone else will be for her.This got depressing fast.

My point being,lol yes I actually have a point ,you never know what you'll get with me.I might blog about my son,our cottage home,my fears,scrapbooking,cooking ,gardening,decorating,good deals,romance,basically life.But I do always try to make it funny somehow.

Oh and of course if possible I would do reviews.Esp. if Shari's Berries were the first.I have always wanted some of those dang strawberries.

Something my late brother taught me:life= Laugh now,Cry later.

I have been wanting to blog forever. I love hearing names to, cute and witty blogs.I am one person who could not just name my blog just anything.It has to be "special",lol. I have alot of info about myself on my profile now.I am so behind on my tech lately.Hence not having a blog yet. My purpose of blogging is to mainly release.I love talking and sometimes my 3 year old doesn't listen.I like when I KNOW someone IS listening. I am also a SAHM who needs to turn some of my hobbies into a little bit of cash.My son is spoiled so anyway I might be able to help my dh would be appreciated,but right now I just wanna talk. I'm from Tn,so Im pretty country and pretty southern. My son's closet beats mine hands down in having designer clothes. Don't throw tomatoes at me but I'm not into shoes either.I am girly however,love polish,lip gloss,pretty nail files etc.
I am way for adoption of course.I love my child and husband.My family is my life.We love God and believe but are not perfect.We believe in prayer.All that being said ,sometimes my mouth needs washed out with soap.

I love making friends.Thanks to some of my ebay friends this last Christmas ,my son had a great Christmas.During this time we barely had enough money for food.They had cut my husbands hours and it had hurt us so bad.He is now working for the same company but in the state below ours so he can work more hours.We are trying to get back on our feet but without my friends via internet ,we would not have made it this Christmas.

Oh I'm sure I'll make mistakes in grammar and life,I'm nowhere near perfect.
